I ran into a problem at a property which required a quick bid & scope of work response. I started my Yellow Pages search with much trepidation because it is always difficult to discern who is honest & reliable by reading an advertisement. When I spoke to one of the owners over the phone & explained my situation I found they were very familiar with my situation and they would give me what I needed within 24 hours. I obtained 3 separate bids and theirs was the most complete & the only one to take the extra step to include a scope of work & time schedule. My client selected them and all work was done exactly as outlined & the price did not change which happens so often when the remodeling starts & the contractor discovers something new that they try to gouge you for "extras".
